Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Director of Housekeeping in overseeing all housekeeping operations

Ensure adherence to cleanliness standards and implement quality control measures

Train and mentor housekeeping staff on proper cleaning techniques and procedures

Collaborate with other departments to meet guest needs and resolve any issues

Manage inventory of housekeeping supplies and equipment

Monitor and report on housekeeping performance metrics

Conduct regular inspections to ensure rooms and public areas meet established standards

Assist in the development and implementation of housekeeping policies and procedures

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role in housekeeping

Deep knowledge of housekeeping operations, industry best practices, and cleanliness standards

Strong leadership and team-building skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences

Proficient in housekeeping software and Microsoft Office Suite

Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
