Responsibilities:

Schedule: Full Time - 5 days per week

Pay: Starting at $23.00 per hour

Position Responsibilities:  

The Lead Merchandiser will support Merchandising Supervisors by teaching and coaching the Merchandising Team 

As a Lead Merchandiser, you will identify replenishment needs and transport products between the backroom and the display floor using manual equipment, such as a pallet jack or hand truck, and/or utilize hand tools to keep shelves fully stocked at local retail stores 

You will provide customer service to consumers and store team members by identifying and resolving concerns, answering questions, locating products, and responding to requests for assistance 

Other duties as assigned 

Qualifications:

Required Education and Experience:  

Must be at least 18 years old or meet the minimum state legal age requirements 

7 months plus of general work experience  

Must be able to lift products from 25 to 50 pounds on a regular basis  

Must have reliable automobile transportation, a valid driver’s license, and auto insurance coverage at least to the minimum amount specified by the Company and state law  

Preferred Education and Experience:  

High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
