Responsibilities:

Pay: Starting at $16.10 per hour - Varies by location

Position Summary:  

The Operations Leader in Training Intern is responsible for completing projects and tasks that are relevant to the operation of the facility they are placed in. These projects and tasks will include a significant project involving one or more of the initiatives the facility or organization is developing and/or implementing.

Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to: 

Rotate through all functions of the company.  

Function as lead person on specific projects.

Timely completion of business-specific projects and tasks.

Participate in constructive feedback sessions.

Complete leadership trainings.

Present to senior leadership.

Other projects or duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Required Skills and Experience: 

Pursuing a bachelor's degree (be within 4 semesters of graduating or have recently graduated)

Ability to interact with personnel at all levels of the company

Must possess strong interpersonal and exceptional problem-solving skills

Must have desire to grow with the company and develop readiness to relocate to other Reyes Beverage Group operations as need and  opportunities arise.

Must be able to meet deadlines and deal with pressures associated with those deadlines

Ability to travel up to 40%

Ability to work a flexible schedule

Ability to relocate for the position

Basic computer skills

Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently and remain organized

Available to work holidays and weekends as business dictates

Ability to create and present Communications

Able to lift cases and kegs repetitively (minimum of 25 pounds each)

May be required to use personal vehicle to conduct business

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office

This position must pass a post-offer background and drug test
