Overview:

Senior Digital Transformation Manager: Supply Chain and Customer Care

 will play a pivotal role in leading and shaping our Customer, SIOP and Master Data technology strategies. You will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and management of technology solutions that empower and elevate the customer experience. The oversight and management of Master Data will be a key element for success to support the Organizational development with new Tech solutions.

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities

Develop and implement a comprehensive customer technology strategy aligned with overall business goals.

Develop and execute a comprehensive technology roadmap aligned with the overall supply chain strategy, execution, and optimization.

Identify and implement opportunities to leverage technology to streamline processes, reduce costs, and improve customer service.

Establish robust data governance and analytics capabilities to enable data-driven decision-making and identify areas for improvement.

Develop and implement master data control processes to ensure accurate Customer and Item Master data.

Lead and manage a team of business analysts.

Oversee the selection, implementation, and ongoing optimization of customer-facing technologies (e.g., CRMs, self-service portals, chatbots).

Analyze customer data and feedback to identify areas for improvement and drive innovation in customer technology.

Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, marketing, sales) to ensure customer technology initiatives are aligned with overall business objectives.

Manage the customer technology budget and resources effectively.

Stay abreast of emerging customer technology trends and assess their potential impact on the business.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key vendors and partners.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (MBA preferred).

7+ years of experience in operations, technology or a related field.

Proven experience in leading and managing a team of business analysts.

Proven experience in Master Data Management disciplines and strategies.

Strong understanding of Business Tech trends and market developments.

Experience in implementing customer-facing technology solutions.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.

Passion for customer success and a commitment to business continuous improvement.
