Company Overview

Apex Service Partners, LLC (“Apex”) is the nationwide leader in residential home services (e.g., HVAC, plumbing, electrical).  Founded in 2019, Apex has experienced massive growth and is now in over 100 locations in more than 40 states and has 10,000 talented team members.  Apex’s revenues currently exceed $2 billion annually, and that number continues to grow rapidly.

The residential home services industry is highly fragmented and is dominated by small and founder-owned businesses.  Apex has pursued an aggressive strategy to grow its business organically and through a high volume of acquisitions (over 200 closed to date).  Although Apex is the largest player in the industry, it has less than 2% of the market, and approximately 85% of the market remains fragmented.  Importantly, we are building our Company with a long-term strategy, which means we will invest in top talent and intend to create an enduring firm that is a great employer and member of the community, in addition to being successful in a business sense.

Position Overview

We are looking for an Senior Employment and Litigation Paralegal with more than five years’ experience who wants to get in on the ground floor of an expanding legal department.  The Employment and Litigation Paralegal will report to the Chief Legal Officer and will work closely with Apex’s Assistant General Counsel for Employment and Litigation, the rest of the Legal Department, Apex’s senior management, all of Apex’s departments, and Apex’s regional partners. Our mission is to support the Company’s explosive growth; identify and mitigate hidden risks; help protect the brand and build a “fortress company;” and ensure legal and regulatory compliance.

If you like a high-energy work environment – filled with bright and driven leaders – and have a thirst to contribute to high-achieving teams, this will be a great fit.  Your growth here could be virtually unlimited, given Apex’s trajectory.
