Role Summary:

Nuuly is looking for a Customer Success Operations Intern. This intern will be responsible for making significant contributions to our operational efficiency and overall customer satisfaction. The individual in this role needs to be organized and thoughtful, not afraid to come up with new ideas and improvements and know how to uncover areas of improvement as they are found. They will work closely with, and report to, the Operations Specialist.

Each summer URBN Inc. welcomes candidates from across the country to immerse themselves within various teams across our portfolio of brands and gain hands-on learning experience in the area of business which they choose to pursue. Our paid internship program also offers a summer full of intern focused events including exposure to our senior leadership across the business in small group settings, insight into company initiatives, off-site field trips & for those qualified a chance to interview for a full-time job opportunity. The URBN 2025 Summer Internship Program will run from 6/2 through 8/8 at our Home Office in Philadelphia, PA.  

Summer Internship Program Application Process:

    

Apply to one (1) internship posting that best suits your interest & skills.  If there is a project component in the application (see below within role qualifications), it is required that you submit this to be considered for a position.  This is due at the time of your application submission.

  

Complete Video Interview: Candidates selected will receive an email with a link to complete a video Interview. You will have 2 days to complete this portion of the application once the email is received.   

  

Interviews will be scheduled with our internal teams, continuing on a rolling basis.    

  

Applications will close at 5:00pm EST on November 4th 2024. 

Role Responsibilities:

Completing tasks assigned by the Operations Specialist

Performing clerical duties

Job shadowing

Learning technical skills related to the industry.

Monitor and assess the performance of AI/Automation tools to ensure they are functioning as expected.

Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to AI/Automation tools.

Complete one to three priority projects or efforts based on needs of the team and bandwidth. 

Will attend and observe internal meetings and, support the design, delivery, engagement and/or evaluation of in-house learning initiatives

Role Qualifications:

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Willing to take on additional projects and support external team members to support business and customer needs

Basic understanding of AI/Automation technologies and tools.

On the spot, creative problem solving skills that meet the needs of the customer and the business

Demonstrate a passion for and understanding of the URBN brands, customers, and product. Have a finger on the pulse of relevant media and lifestyle trends, fashion, and culture.
