We are searching for a talented RN MANAGER for IN-PATIENT CARE. A minimum of five (5) years related work experience and three (3) years supervisory experience is required.
Hours: 40hrs
Shift: Day Shift, 7:00am - 3:30pm
Location: St. Luke's Hospital - New Bedford, MA
Looking for:
A Bachelors Degree in Nursing is required.
Masters Degree in Nursing preferred.
Current RN Registration in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts is required.
BCLS Certification is required.
Bourne is a 44 bed medical telemetry unit that specializes in the care of patients with acute medical and urological conditions. Bourne prides itself in providing excellent patient care using a multidisciplinary approach. Our expert patient care team includes physicians, clinical nurses, certified nursing assistants, health unit coordinators, and case managers.

Under general direction of the Director, Associate Chief Nursing Officer and Site Administrator or designee, provide 24 hours leadership for clinical nursing practice of all ages or individually assigned units. Responsible for supervising assigned patient care staff, allocation of assigned staff and material resources to effect quality patient care outcome.
Qualifications:
A Bachelors Degree in Nursing is required.
Masters Degree in Nursing preferred.
Current RN Registration in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts is required.
BCLS Certification is required.
A minimum of five (5) years related work experience and three (3) years supervisory experience is required.
Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired
Pay Range:
