Overview:
The Casino Host is responsible for providing quality customer service, guest satisfaction, and increasing rated play.
Responsibilities:
Develop and manage the budget for premium slot play and VIP promotions.
Ensure the safety and security of employees and customers.
Evaluate customers play for comping needs.
Responsible for managing and increasing rated both tables and slots.
Communicate with premium/rated players through telemarketing, letter writing about available services, promotional opportunities and special events.
Communicate between guest and staff department to ensure customer satisfaction.
Review and manage departmental financial data.
Review activities and promotional status with Director of Player Development.
Meet with departmental directors and managers as necessary.
Other duties assigned.
Qualifications:
Three to five years of experience in sales or marketing, casino operations preferably gaming with a 4 year degree in a related field of equivalent work.
Requires a gaming license.
Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends and holidays is required.
Ability to deliver a service level which creates an atmosphere that makes our guests want to return, giving each guest a positive, memorable experience.
Commitment to routinely go above and beyond in the accomplishment of position responsibilities in an effort to play a role in the achievement of organizational goals.
Must present an image of excitement and enthusiasm, while being able to project a professional appearance and demeanor.
Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
Display strong work ethic and team work.
