Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and support items within the Salesforce platform and various other corporate systems/tools using recommended best practices
Collaborate with other internal groups to translate business and functional requirements into technical implementation for the automation of existing processes and the development of new applications. Ability to suggest alternative technical solutions to business problems
Communicate with internal customers in non-technical terms, understand business requirements, and propose solutions
Manage projects from specification gathering, to development, to QA, user acceptance testing, and deployment to production
Participate in meetings and organize work and/or training sessions around new software being introduced into the ICE technology environment
Document changes and author documentation on software development standards and practices
Enhances team and coworkers through knowledge sharing and implementing best practices in day-to-day activities
Takes initiative to continually learn and enhance technical knowledge and skills
Very strong personal initiative, consistently responsible for many critical deliverables
Ability to prioritize work efficiently without direct guidance from management
Ability to lead large projects and effectively provide status updates to manager
Knowledge and Experience
Bachelor's degree (CS or IT preferred)
8+ year’s development experience on the Salesforce platform
Experience in developing LWC, APEX and Aura Components
Strong Experience with Lightning Web/Aura/Apex/VisualForce
Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Jquery
Experience with Web Services / Web APIs: SOAP, REST, XML, JSON
Solid understanding on the Integrations
Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, CPQ, Service Cloud, Customer Support, Case Management and Communities is strongly preferred
Ability to multitask and work independently on multiple projects
(url removed) certifications including (but not limited to) Admin and Platform Developer 1 and 2 certifications. Start date of the first certification should be minimum 5 years from current day
Solid understanding and experience with various SDLC methodologies
Solid technical background, especially around web/software development, relational databases and object-oriented concepts.

Detail-oriented with the ability to rapidly learn and take advantage of new concepts, business models and technologies; ability to identify issues/opportunities and recommend solutions, ideas and more efficient approaches
