Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and caring Toddler Teacher to join our team of educators. As a Toddler Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children. The ideal candidate will have a passion for childhood development, experience in childcare, and the ability to manage classroom behavior. Responsibilities:

Provide a safe and engaging learning environment for children, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Plan and implement educational activities and lesson plans tailored to the age and abilities of the children.

Use a variety of teaching methods to promote learning and creativity, including storytelling, songs, and arts and crafts.

Encourage socialization and teamwork among children, promoting positive relationships and communication skills.

Monitor and assess the children's progress, identifying areas for improvement and providing support as needed.

Administer first aid and emergency care as necessary.

Develop and maintain a positive and supportive classroom environment, fostering trust and respect among children and parents.

Collaborate with other educators and support staff to ensure a cohesive and effective educational program.

Qualifications:

Experience working with young children, preferably in a preschool or childcare setting.

Special education training or experience working with children with special needs.

Knowledge of childhood development and the ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of children of different ages and abilities.

Experience with behavior management techniques and the ability to manage classroom behavior effectively.

Experience with infant care and the ability to provide a nurturing and safe environment for young children.

First aid certification and the ability to administer emergency care as needed.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
