Responsibilities include: 

Adheres to established departmental and property policies and procedures regarding guest service standards.

Complies with all company and departmental policies, procedures, and internal controls.

Responsible for the repair, maintenance, and general operating condition of the slot machines.

Responsible for the machine initial fills.

Assists in jackpot payouts and the verification process.

Responsible for the installation and removal of slot machines.

Maintains player-tracking system.

Maintains EZ Pay equipment.

Responsible for troubleshooting system-related problems.

Responsible for completing all regulatory and company operational logs/forms correctly (e.g. slot machine meter logs, parts logs, conversion forms, etc.).

Performs all other related and compatible duties as assigned.

Maintains strict confidentiality in all company matters.

MUST be able to obtain/maintain Colorado Support Gaming license :

High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree in Electronics or related field strongly preferred.

Minimum six (6) months of electronics experience.

Strong problem-solving, analytical, customer service, and interpersonal skills. 

Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills; must be fluent and literate in English.

Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.

Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with guests and team members at all levels of the organization.

Ability to maintain a high level of energy and take a proactive and strategic approach to dealing with issues.

Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.

Highly organized and detail-oriented.

Must have advanced computer skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
