Overview:

We are looking for a Full Time Registered Nurse (RN) for a Supervisor of Clinical Services position in Home Health Care. This home health agency provides services to pediatrics (maternal and child), adult and geriatric patients in the Home Health Care setting. The pay and benefits for this Home Health Clinical Manager position are generous. This position is also referred to as a clinical manager in some home health agencies. The Clinical Supervisor does NOT need supervisor experience in home health but must have at least 1 year of current or very recent (past 3 years) experience in home health with Medicare patients including proficiency with the OASIS documentation to qualify for this position. This home health agency cares for a broad range of clients, such as those recovering from illnesses and accidents, cancer, and childbirth. The company has been in business several years, has a solid referral base, and a good reputation in the area. REQUIREMENTS FOR THE HOME HEALTH CLINICAL SUPERVISOR POSITION: The Clinical Supervisor does NOT need supervisor experience in home health but must have at least 1 year of current or very recent (past 3 years) experience in home health with Medicare patients including proficiency with the OASIS documentation to qualify for this position. The Clinical Supervisor must be a registered nurse (RN). The Clinical Supervisor must be licensed in the state as an RN. The RN must either be a US Citizen or have your green card-- no exceptions.
