A Sr Client Experience Manager contributes to AHF by training staff on how to engage clients to become ambassadors for the brand by ensuring they have favorable client experiences.

A Sr CX Manager enhances the reputation of AHF by raising site performance to ensure consistent, high-level delivery.

You will be a passionate advocate for our top initiatives.

To be successful as a Sr CX Manager it is crucial to ensure that the AHF Core Values and Mission stay top of mind with all that you do. At AHF we are nimble and able to adapt in a dynamic environment to assist in providing the best experience for our clients and workplace for our employees.

AHF has a collaborative organizational structure where staff are accountable to multiple leaders. The Sr CX Manager will work as a part of a close-knit team to be a proactive problem solver. Works with a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment. Interaction with internal and external clients requires strong & effective communication & interpersonal skills.
