WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
Collaborating with multiple stakeholders to
Facilitating information gathering sessions
Ensuring business needs are satisfied within a given technical solution
Conducting business process assessments; determine as-is state
Performing gap analysis; creating future state roadmap and transition plans
Creating diagrams and models to provide additional clarity
Mentoring and leading junior BAs on projects
Coordinating User Acceptance Testing; assisting with issue resolution
Assisting in project vision refinement and prioritization
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:
Required:
Computer-related degree or equivalent
Five years or more of business analysis experience
Ability to manage tasks and deliverables effectively
Ability to quickly become an expert in various business domains
Critical thinking, emotional intelligence and situational awareness
Ability to work well under pressure in a challenging, changing, fast-paced environment
Negotiation skills between application development team and business partners
Work with a diverse group of stakeholders including executives, leaders, direct reports, and subject matter experts
Deep understanding of BA role in an Agile environment
Understand the BA role within the Software Development Lifecycle
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
Comfortable in a fast-moving environment
Ability to multitask and adapt
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Onsite, full-time attendance
Preferred:
Mortgage or financial experience
Experience working with C-Level or other senior leaders
BPMN
Relational database knowledge; SQL
Vendor integrations and API management
