For our office in Bremen we are looking as of now for a Project Manager Software Development (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:

Join a dedicated team responsible for maintenance and development of our software products in the area of microbial identification and antibiotc susceptibility testing

Lead and coordinate software development projects from planning to delivery

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including biologists, software developers, and testers

Alignment with business stakeholders and communication of project progress

Contribute to requirements analysis and creation of technical specifications

Implement best practices and continuously improve development processes

Take the chance to directly influence the final product with your knowledge and ideas

Qualifications:

You have experience in managing software development projects

You have (first) experience in programming languages like Java or C#

You know how to structure work and already applied agile development methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban)

You have a good command of the German language and strong written and spoken English skills

You enjoy working in an interdisciplinary and international team, and are a good and open minded communicator
