As an Instrumentation and Controls Engineer Intern in our Madison office for Summer 2025, you will help us empower our clients to achieve energy-efficient building solutions, save global environments, and create a better, greener future for all.

Qualifications:

Expertise of our most successful Mechanical Engineer Intern:

Interest in industrial, process, or building HVAC control systems and instrumentation.

Enrolled in an engineering degree program from an ABET accredited school in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.

Completed a minimum of one year engineering coursework with minimum 2.5 GPA.

Effective skills to help you flourish:

Leadership involvement in extracurricular activities/student organizations.

Exposure to Building Automation Systems, Programmable Logic Controllers, (PLC), Programming, and Electrical Schematics.

Exposure to drafting programs such as AutoCAD or AutoCAD Electrical.

Strong commitment to service excellence.

Strong spoken and written communication skills.

Excellent organization and time management skills.

Ability to work under pressure and strict timelines, and to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to effectively prioritize multiple tasks.

Ability to work effectively individually and within a team environment.
