GDC IT Solutions is currently seeking an SMB Sales Territory Manager in the Sheboygan, WI area.
Position Overview:

This position is geared towards a confident sales professional with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships on the phone and in-person. This role offers a competitive compensation package with uncapped performance-based incentives.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for prospecting and developing relationships with new and existing clients, chambers, community agencies and technology organizations to create and maintain mutually rewarding partnerships
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets and grow revenue.
Conduct sales presentations, and proposals to prospective clients.
Act as the primary contact for all client inquiries and opportunities.
Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients.
Responsible for cultivating long term partnerships and selling to business owners/executives
Manage and track the sales pipeline and forecast future business opportunities accurately.
Stay up to date with industry trends, technological advancements, and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities.
The candidate will be supported by a proven service delivery team, ensuring the success of long-term client relationships
Minimum Qualifications:
2-3+ years of sales experience or similar professional experience
Ability to manage accounts and grow key relationships
Must be willing to make cold-calls to develop qualified leads
Must be ambitious and driven by success and rewards
The ideal candidate will have a successful and proven track record of consistently delivering sales results in a business-to-business model, while possessing strong communication and relationship building skills
The ability to work independently with support from corporate headquarters and field locations is required
Must be willing to go into the office as needed.
