Responsibilities:
Our Senior Administrative Specialist can work either in person or in a hybrid environment.
Responsibilities:
Prepare client engagement letters
Organize and scan client organizers and tax documents
Participate in the Tax Caddy project team
Process client tax returns using a variety of software, including SafeSendReturns, Sharefile, Tax Caddy, and CCH Axcess.
Assist with answering incoming calls
Assist Receptionist with front desk duties (answer phones, distribute mail, set up FedEx shipments, set up courier deliveries, greet clients, etc.
Provide administrative support to ensure deadlines are met, while maintaining a positive, collaborative work environment
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Qualifications:
Five+ years of administrative experience with a high school education or 3+ years of job related experience with an Associate Degree
Experience with front line customer contact
Experience in a professional service work environment preferred
Proficient in Word, Outlook, and Excel, knowledge of tax preparation software and Microsoft Teams is a plus
Requires clear, concise verbal and written communication skills, and accurate grammar usage
Ability to plan, prioritize, and organize work effectively while balancing many projects simultaneously
Ability to work flexibly under pressure and time deadlines, with great attention to detail
