What you can expect from this role

The Family Medicine Clinic in Wood River is looking for a team centered LPN or CMA Lead to work in their busy fast pace environment! If you enjoy positive team cultures, being able to multi-task, and leading people - This role is for you!!!

Enjoy a flexible work schedule Four, 10 hour shifts per week (Monday - Friday with variable day off). No weekends/holidays!

Responsible for supervising, managing and motivating team members on a daily basis.

The LPN/CMA Lead will also assist with Staff CMA/LPN duties working alongside physicians and APPs, and will still provide some patient care, working alongside clinic staff, etc

Lead CMA Qualifications

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent

Certifications

Current BLS-CPR Certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross

Current recognized National Certification as a Medical Assistant

NCCT, NAHP, AMT, AAMA, AMCA, NHA

Experience

2 years

Lead LPN Qualifications

Education

Graduation from a Licensed Practical Nursing Program

Certifications

Current BLS-CPR Certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross

Current Licensed Practical Nuse (LPN) licensure in the State of Practice

Experience

2 years
