The A.C.Coy company has an immediate opening for a CNC Machinist in Irwin, PA. Ideal candidates must have Mazatrol and/or GibbsCam programming experience, and be available to work day shifts onsite.

Responsibilities:

Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, drawings, manuals, specifications, or sample parts

Set-up, operate, edit and program Mazak Integrex and QTU CNC machines and machining centers

Program multiple Mazak Integrex machines using GibbsCam

Select, align, and secure holding fixtures, cutting tools, attachments ,and accessories

Calculate and set controls to regulate machining factors

Enter commands to retrieve, input, or edit computerized machine control media

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

Apprenticeship program in Machine Shop technology; OR

Three or more years related Mazak experience and/or training; OR

Equivalent combination of education and experience

Experience with Mazak machines required

Able to use micrometers, electronic gauges, calipers and similar tools/equipment

Knowledge of metric conversion; able to work in Metric and English units

Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds

Able to stand for prolonged periods of time

Day Shift - 7-3 with overtime available
