Overview:
We are seeking a highly-motivated intern to join our Civil/Site Engineering Discipline for Summer 2025 in our Holmdel, NJ office.

Headquartered in Holmdel, New Jersey with 70 offices throughout the United States, we specialize in providing a comprehensive suite of services including civil/site, transportation, geospatial/survey, infrastructure, governmental, geotechnical/environmental, telecommunications and utilities engineering as well as architectural and planning services. Responsibilities:
Our interns will assist technical staff on day-to-day projects.
Read and review project drawings and plans.
Confer with engineers about preparing plans.
Use AutoCAD Civil 3D software under the charge of Engineers.
Evaluate pre-construction field conditions.
Observe project sites and evaluate contractors’ work to detect problems with a design.
Prepare reports and document project activities and data.
Prepare analyses from collected data.
Set up and help maintain project files and records.
In addition to the work-centered program, we also offer robust internship programming, which includes opportunities to work with other interns, learn about other areas of the business, and develop valuable communication skills and networking connections.
Qualifications:
Pursuing a Bachelor of Science or master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Geography or a related program.
Must have reliable transportation to the office.
Basic understanding of AutoCAD preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Possess solid problem-solving skills.
Must be able to work in a high-paced environment.
Strong computer literacy, to include MS Office.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to read, write, and understand English for purposes of comprehending written job-related communications and verbal instructions and interactions.
