Overview:

The Highlands is currently seeking new Retail Sales Associates to join our Boyne Country Sports team. You will be responsible for greeting guests and assisting them as they navigate the store, answering questions and running the cash register. This is a part-time or full-time position with flexible scheduling, giving you plenty of time to take advantage of the various perks that come with working for an amazing ski resort!

Assist guests by escorting them directly to racks and counters, and/or suggesting items.

Advise guests by providing accurate information on products.

Help customers make selections by building guest confidence through offering suggestions and opinions. 

Accept payments by totaling purchases and processing checks, cash, or credit cards.

Keep clientele informed by notifying them of preferred guest sales and future merchandise of potential interest.

Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Qualifications:

Retail Experience preferred but not required

Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent
