Responsibilities:

The Maintenance Technician is a key role on the team as they are responsible for efficiently performing all necessary maintenance for the apartment community.

What your day-to-day might look like: 

Perform appliance, carpentry, electrical, and HVAC duties in a timely and professional manner 

Inspect vacated apartments and perform duties to restore apartments to “make ready” status 

Complete resident service requests and preventative maintenance repairs  

Assist in maintaining the grounds, common areas, and amenities to ensure high-quality upkeep

Perform effective emergency maintenance calls per company policy 

Assist Maintenance Supervisor with various duties and tasks as needed 

Qualifications:

1-3 years of hands-on general maintenance experience

HVAC Certified or must be willing to become certified (company will pay for)

Highschool diploma or equivalent to

Reliable transportation

You are punctual, dependable and a self-starter

Willing to work a flexible schedule and be on-call when needed
