Overview:

Novant Health Presbyterian Medical Center, Novant Health Hemby Children's Hospital is seeking a Speech Pathologist to provide services in our 55 bed, Level IV Neonatal Intensive Care Unit in Charlotte. The position offers a unique opportunity to provide feeding and swallowing services for premature and critically ill newborns. Position requires high level clinical problem solving and close collaboration with caregivers and the interdisciplinary team. Two years acute care neonatal or pediatric experience preferred. Neonatal Therapy Certification preferred but not required.

Qualifications:

Education: 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, required. Graduate from accredited Speech Therapy program, required.

Experience: Relevant experience preferred.

Licensure/Certification: Appropriate state Speech Therapy license, required.

Current ASHA certification (CFY or CCC), required.
