Overview:

The Marketing Operations Specialist is responsible for supporting the marketing processes and systems to drive efficiency and effectiveness. The ideal candidate is data-driven, creative, and passionate about marketing products and brands. They thrive in a high-volume environment, working across teams and channels. The Specialist is an excellent communicator who is highly organized, attentive to detail, and self-motivated.

Responsibilities

Project Management: Participate in project planning and management to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to specifications. Lead project reporting, planning, issue/risk tracking, scheduling, effort estimation, and documentation.

Project Management Tools: Use tools like Adobe Workfront & Digital Asset Management (DAM) to manage projects and assess technical systems and business processes.

Campaign Management: Support campaign management, organize internal documents, reports, and creative assets to streamline processes.

Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate with teams and stakeholders to finalize timelines and expected launch dates, ensuring clear communication and resolving gaps.

Marketing Technology Adoption: Support the selection, onboarding, training, development, continuous optimization, and process improvement of marketing technologies.

Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance marketing efficiencies, simplify complex technologies, and provide innovative solutions to achieve marketing goals and increase ROI.

Documentation: Identify, clarify, and document opportunities or issues affecting processes, creating and maintaining support documentation.

Support new office opening (De Novo) process to include domain acquisition, imagery, license renewals.

Support and maintain reports on marketing operations performance. Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on data analysis.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. In lieu of a degree, 5+ years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

2+ years of relevant work experience in enterprise digital marketing for a business -with national locations.

Project management skills, including the ability to develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.

Experience working in an agile environment or with agile methodologies.

Exceptional critical and strategic thinking skills.

Polished communication skills and the ability to drive conversations with leadership.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.

Strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to identify and resolve project issues and risks.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Detail-oriented, process-focused, proactive, ambitious, and organized with the ability to prioritize.

Strong time management and multi-tasking skills, working under tight time constraints.

Ability to manage well in an evolving marketing department and fast-paced environment.
