Cambria Hotel Nashville Downtown is seeking a Guest Experience Coordinator to join our dynamic and enthusiastic team of People First hoteliers. Located in the trendy SoBro (South of Broadway) district, our hotel is just steps from some of Nashville’s most famous attractions and the Music City Convention Center. Cambria Hotels are uniquely curated for our guests to enjoy little indulgences designed to help them stay inspired.

The Award-Winning Cambria Hotel Nashville Downtown is both a flagship property for Choice Hotels and Pyramid Global Hospitality, currently earning the #3 spot out of 224 on Tripadvisor in Nashville. Our 255-guestroom boutique full-service hotel offers over 6000 square feet of meeting space, a fitness center and full-service bar and restaurant with live music daily. In this role, you will work as a part of our Front Office team to help create guest experiences in a way that feels authentic to “Music City” and filled with southern hospitality.

Qualifications:

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate closely with the sales team to enhance guest satisfaction and retention, leveraging insights from guest interactions to inform sales strategies and promotional efforts.

Develop and manage a comprehensive VIP and amenity program tailored to the preferences and needs of discerning guests, ensuring a personalized and memorable experience that exceeds expectations.

Serve as a key member of the front office team, providing exceptional customer service to guests during check-in, check-out, and throughout their stay, resolving any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.

Act as a brand ambassador for the boutique hotel, consistently delivering exceptional service and upholding brand standards to enhance the overall guest experience and reputation of the property.

Collaborate with other departments, including housekeeping and food and beverage, to coordinate special requests, room amenities, and additional services for VIP guests, ensuring seamless execution and guest satisfaction.

Monitor guest feedback and reviews, identifying areas for improvement and implementing initiatives to enhance the guest experience and drive positive reviews and repeat business.

Stay informed about local attractions, events, and dining options to provide guests with personalized recommendations and enhance their overall stay experience.

Maintain accurate guest records and preferences in the hotel's database, ensuring that all relevant information is readily accessible to enhance the guest experience and streamline future interactions.

Skills & Requirements

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests from diverse backgrounds and provide exceptional customer service.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Proven ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a positive attitude and willingness to support colleagues and contribute to a positive work environment.

Flexibility and adaptability to accommodate changing guest needs and operational requirements, with the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.

Knowledge of hotel operations and guest service best practices, with previous experience in a similar role preferred.

Familiarity with hospitality industry software and systems, such as property management systems (PMS) and guest relationship management (CRM) platforms, preferred.

Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly assess situations, identify solutions, and take appropriate action to resolve guest issues and concerns.

Commitment to upholding brand standards and delivering a consistently high level of service to enhance the overall guest experience and reputation of the hotel.

Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by the needs of the business.
