Korzen Health is collaborating with a well-established healthcare provider in the beautiful coastal town of Ilwaco, WA. Ilwaca is a small town on the west coast between Portland (109 miles) and Seattle (169 miles)
We are seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner to join our team.
Clinic Setting:
Main Clinic is 100 ft away, with another clinic 12 miles north at Ocean Park.
100% outpatient work
Responsibilities:
Provide outpatient care exclusively
See 14-18 patients per day
Work 4 "10" hour days
Patient Demographics:
50% Medicare population (age 65+)
Focus on ACO (Annual Wellness Visits)
EMR:
Utilize EPIC EMR system
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary: $120k-140k
Excellent medical, dental, and prescription benefits (85% employer-paid)
5 weeks vacation plus 7 holidays
401K match at 3% after 1 year
Sign-on and relocation benefits
5 days CME with $3,500 stipend (negotiable)
