Processing invoices via Sage 50.
Monitor and review of outstanding purchase invoices with prompt resolution of queries.
Keeping contracts up to date
Booking field engineers into jobs
Liaising with clients about site availability to book engineers in
Raising and issuing purchase order's
Providing administrative supportThe Candidate:
Knowledge of Sage 50
Knowledge of Microsoft XL
Customer service experience
Administrative, analytical, prioritisation and communication skills
High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Work independently and as part of a team
Can do attitude and work well under pressurePrevious knowledge of planning systems / asset management systems / CRM type systems would be highly beneficial
