Our clients company specializes in providing group benefits, commercial, and personal lines of insurance. They are currently seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager to join their team.

As a Personal Lines Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing the entire renewal process for each account, from A-Z. This role involves cross-selling, up-selling, taking referrals, and writing new business. The focus is on building and maintaining relationships to drive referral business.

Job Responsibilities

Manage the entire renewal process for each account

Cross-sell and up-sell to existing clients

Take referrals and write new business

Handle marketing and negotiation with carriers

Process certificates and endorsements

Issue ID cards and bind policies

Qualifications

Previous experience as an account manager in personal lines insurance

Familiarity with carriers such as Mutual of Enumclaw, Progressive, Nationwide, Safeco, Cincinnati, American Modern, Grainge, Travelers, CHUBB, PURE, etc.

Strong relationship-building and communication skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Detail-oriented and organized
