Role Responsibilities:

Recruit, interview, and place professionals in full-time direct-hire roles with our clients.

Drive business development, client management, and recruitment strategies through effective client and candidate engagement.

Qualifications:

Experience in Life Sciences/Pharma.

Self-confidence, perseverance, and strong communication skills.

Competitive drive and a strong sense of urgency.

A commitment to continuous improvement and learning.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate permanent placement revenue within a specialized vertical.

Prospect new business opportunities and negotiate terms with clients.

Advise clients on effective recruitment and hiring strategies.

Develop sourcing and recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

Build a pipeline of qualified candidates and match them to client needs.

Guide clients and candidates through interviews, negotiations, and post-hire transitions.
