Position Summary: Our Senior Executive Partner has managing responsibilities for a call center and a sales team in marketing High Ticket Teams services to coaches, consultants, agency owners, startups, home improvement brands, and so much more. The partner represents High Ticket Teams in attracting our ideal clients through channel partners, strategic alliances, chambers of commerce, and state trade, and professional associations.

In addition, The Senior Executive Partner must demonstrate a high level of competency and the ability to grow quickly and adapt within a marketing-driven business environment.

High Ticket Teams is seeking six-figure sales talent and aggressive growth-oriented entrepreneurial executives with a proven track record of success. Successful candidates will possess a(n):

Minimum 10 years of successful business experience in a marketing-intensive business

Demonstrates the ability to lead by example, actively participating in sales activities while coaching and developing team members to achieve their full potential.

Possesses a strong drive to seek out and close new business opportunities, continuously pushing to exceed sales targets.

Forming strategic alliances with state, trade, and professional associations

Forming partnerships with chambers of commerce

Monitoring and improving the sales performance of direct reports

Developing sales strategies

Leading team meetings
