Overview: Briggs Family Home Development is a Storm Restoration/ Exterior Remodeling company who is dedicated to helping communities throughout the Midwest. BFHD's Company Mission is to provide unmatched customer care and craftsmanship at a competitive price.
We are seeking professional, self-motivated individuals to inspect Residential and Commercial properties for storm related damages.
Responsibilities:
Inspect commercial and or residential properties following our BFHD guidelines.
The ability to lift 50 pounds when necessary.
Driving brand awareness through on-site, face-to-face interaction with consumers.
Schedule free at-home inspections
Assist customers through filing the insurance claim process following our BFHD guidelines.
Collect all photos and measurements for exterior/interior damage following our BFHD guidelines.
Create opportunity and conversation with members of the community.
Provide valuable information about products and services to consumers.
Professional appearance / Uniform required (Will be provided)
Maintain a professional appearance and wear the provided uniform.
Input information into data and CRM systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
Stay organized with client information and maintain clear communication.
Make phone calls to clients and insurance companies to follow up on claims and inspections.
Qualifications:
Comfortable climbing a ladder & getting on commercial and residential buildings.
Driver's License (Required)
Cell phone
Reliable Transportation
Strong verbal communications skills.
Ability and desire to be coached.
An energetic, persuasive personality and positive attitude.
A love for being active and the outdoors! (This is an outdoor position!!!!)
