Strong revenue cycle management experience including analytical skills

· Bachelors degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is mandatory.

· Minimum of five (5) years of experience in revenue cycle management or healthcare finance, with demonstrated progression of responsibilities.

· In-depth knowledge of healthcare billing practices, reimbursement methodologies, and regulatory requirements.

· Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team

· Ophthalmology experience required Retina experience preferred.

· Proficiency in revenue cycle management software and Microsoft Office Suite

· Remote role, but must be available for in-person quarterly doctors meetings or team meetings

· Must live in the Raleigh / Durham / Chapel Hill area of North Carolina or willing to relocate to that area even though the role is remote

· Supervisory experience with proven success leading a revenue cycle team including billers, verification specialists, prior authorizations, patient liaison and revenue cycle specialists most of which are remote total of about sixteen (16) revenue cycle employees

· In November will convert MDI / AMD to NexTech software

· Preferred: Certified Professional Coder (CPC) or Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) certification is a plus.
