Position Overview: We are looking for a versatile Technical Project Manager/Architect to join our team as a right hand to our CTO. The ideal candidate will have a solid technical background, hands-on experience in both front-end and back-end development, and a knack for leadership and project management.
Ideal Candidate: Somebody highly technical who aims to shift their career into a leadership role.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage technical projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
Oversee the architecture and design of complex systems and applications.
Engage in hands-on coding (~50%), management (~20%), and architectural design (~30%).
Assist in team management to ensure efficient workflow.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
Collaborate closely with the CTO to align technical strategies with business goals.
Ensure the team adheres to best practices and maintains a high standard of code quality.
Requirements:
Strong technical background with experience in multiple programming languages and full-stack development.
Proven experience in technical project management and system architecture.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Exceptional communication skills and the ability to handle feedback constructively.
Versed in data structures, algorithms, and various software development methodologies.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Project's Tech Stack:
Front-End: JavaScript, CSS (Tailwind), Astro framework.
Back-End: Node.js, Python, OpenAI.
Databases: Relational and vector databases, Postgres, drizzle-ORM.
DevOps & Cloud: Docker (for containerization), AWS (for cloud services).
Automation & Testing: Playwright.
AI & Machine Learning: Python, OpenAI.
