Our team is dedicated to delivering high-quality projects and ensuring client satisfaction. We are currently seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team.

Work Schedule: 70% office work, 30% on-site; home every night

Responsibilities:

Perform complete material take-offs

Write scopes of work

Handle buyouts with subcontractors

Manage client relations

Write change orders

Oversee project closeouts and related activities

Take multiple projects from start to finish

Travel to job sites as needed

Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Construction Project Manager.

Experience with grocery store remodeling is required.

Should be located in San Antonio or nearby (Not looking for relocation candidates)

Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously

Strong organizational and communication skills

Ability to travel to job sites

Should be able to provide a project list from previous roles with grocery store remodeling experience
