You will be expected to follow all traffic laws and safety regulations, maintain accurate driving logs, and communicate effectively with dispatch and other team members. Key Responsibilities:
- Operate a commercial vehicle to transport goods between company facilities and customer locations
- Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations to ensure safe and efficient delivery of goods
- Maintain accurate driving logs and records
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and other team members to coordinate delivery schedules
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times
- Represent the company in a professional and courteous manner at all times
Requirements:
- Valid CDL-A license
- Minimum of 6 months Recent experience as a CDL-A truck driver
- Hazmat Endorsement
- Clean driving record with no major violations in the past 3 years
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks as needed
- Willingness to work flexible hours and be on-call as needed
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent
