What You'll Do:

Primary responsibilities include providing technical expertise and supporting Facilities staff within the region.

Responsibilities also include performing the following:Overseeing projects.

Performing technical report reviews.

Preparing and reviewing proposals.

Business development and assisting other staff in marketing our services by maintaining and developing client interactions.

Leading and coaching junior staff members.

Performing responsibilities at the regional level.

Responsibilities may also include mentoring Facilities Associate Principals.

Responsibilities may also include participation in the review committee for candidates who seek Associate Principal designation (Facilities).

What We're Looking For:

BS or MS in Civil Engineering Architecture (NCARB), Civil (Structural) Engineering, or Architectural Engineering preferred

12+ years of relevant professional experience

Licensed or certified as at least one of the following: Professional Engineer (P.E.), Registered Architect (R.A.), International Institute of Building Enclosure Consultants (IIBEC) offered RRC, RWC, REWC, RBEC, CBECxP, University of Wisconsin‐Madison offered BECxP and CxA+BE

Designation as a senior reviewer at your current or previous firm required
