Responsibilities:

Peraton is currently seeking to hire an experienced Cyber Knowledge Management Lead to become part of our Federal Strategic Cyber group  located in Arlington, VA. 

Location: Arlington, VA. Hybrid role with Remote/Telework permitted.

In this role, you will:  

Be able to develop, manage and update content on display in support of an operations center and SharePoint.

Define the content/knowledge management strategy and lead the content architecture and strategy.

Provide SharePoint site development and maintenance to ensure that the COI environments are utilized in an engaging and dynamic manner.

Provide the government monthly report and ad hoc summaries concerning SharePoint site development and maintenance issues.

Plan, lead, and execute SharePoint development tasks.

Gather user requirements, analyze business processes, and work with functional areas to define and scope SharePoint projects, document requirements, and applications functionality.

Focus on developing, auditing, and maintaining high quality content for employees.

Work closely with key stakeholders across the organization to maintain consistency and align the content strategy with their vision.

Act as a mediator to answer the queries of the stakeholders and staff about the knowledge management products and practices.

Encourage the staff and team members to share knowledge effectively and efficiently.

Selected candidate will be responsible for creating governance and standards across the various teams, workflows and integrated apps.

Must be able to thrive working in a fast-paced environment and have a background in leading content and information architecture strategy across an organization.

Qualifications:

Required: 

Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 8 years related technical experience. An additional 4 years of experience may be substituted in lieu of degree. 

Minimum of 5 years content management and/or knowledge management experience.

Experience developing an agency knowledge management strategy.

U.S. citizenship required.

Active Top Secret security clearance. In addition, selected candidate must be able to obtain and maintain a favorably adjudicated DHS background investigation.

Target Salary Range:

$104,000 - $166,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
