What You'll Do:

We're looking for a Managing Director of Field Product Development to join sales management team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for leading all aspects of revenue lever and product deployment primarily within the existing book of business. Partnering closely with business owners including the Head of Large Market, Head of Mid/Core Market, and the leader of our Workplace Personal Investing segments to optimize the participant experience and product adoption/utilization rates. The role will also work closely with Sales and Marketing leadership on the go to market strategy for existing and new revenue levers as well as championing these products in the market by possessing a deep understanding and ability to effectively communicate institutional retirement concepts, asset allocation expertise, and investment product placement.

Pipeline management, product deployment and implementation, and working directly with PRIST on investment revenue lever support.

Develop and execute on a strategy and growth plan to accelerate the company’s strategic growth opportunities across advice, asset allocation services and investment management products for existing clients. Define a roadmap that aligns product adoption opportunities with the biggest consumer impact.

Measure, monitor and report progress of key performance metrics. Lead diverse team to transform strategy into tactics and effectively mobilize resources to achieve critical metrics. Collaborate closely with strategic relations to develop deployment strategy across advisors/consultants to approve options at home office. Partner with Marketing group to enhance value proposition of product suite.

Provide continuous feedback loop to internal partners to enhance overall offering. Influence senior RM leadership and partners to drive consensus across all segments.

Who You Are:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; MBA is a plus

15 years+ of relevant business experience, including cross selling initiatives

Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including developing a culture of collaboration and execution across a high performing team

Proven experience presenting to senior leadership, investment committees, investment consultants and/or other governance bodies

Results-oriented, with a track record of influencing consultant/advisor, sponsor and participant adoption of products and services

Deep understanding across all aspects of sales cycle, with a deep understanding of all stakeholders – consultant/advisor, sponsor, participant, and Principal

Relentless passion and commitment to execute

Fosters success through individual and team cohesion and cross collaboration; encourages best practice sharing among teams and departments; builds trusting relationships and provides honest, positive, and constructive feedback

Ability to work across organization to achieve mutual success, building collaborative and cooperative relationships

Licenses Required within 5 months of employment:

Successful Registration as an Investment Company Products/Variable contracts Limited Representative (FINRA Series 6 or equivalent).

Salary Range Information:

Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.

Salary Range:

Time Off Program:

Flexible Time Off (FTO) is provided to salaried (exempt) employees and provides the opportunity to take time away from the office with pay for vacation, personal or short-term illness. Employees don’t accrue a bank of time off under FTO and there is no set number of days provided.
