Responsibilities:

The Facilities Coordinator will perform maintenance, safety, and management tasks that promote a clean and safe environment for the program's participants, employees, and visitors.. This position will serve as a central point for disseminating inter-departmental communication and coordinating the flow of information externally and internally.

Provide administrative support and facilities organization.

Assist with managing office functions including database management, timecards, coordination of budgeting/accounting systems, and maintaining office records

Knowledge of regulatory compliance for DOH, OSHA, NFPA, and Local FD

Proficient with emergency preparedness protocol

Job Type: Full Time

Salary: $20.50 to $25.63 per hour

Qualifications:

 Qualifications:

3 years experience in building maintenance roles. 

Background in plumbing, HVAC, and other building systems

Education:

High School Diploma or equivalent
