The Technical Ceramics business of Morgan Advanced Materials engineers high performance functional and structural ceramic materials, components and sub-assemblies to address customer-specific technical challenges.

Job Summary

What You'll Do:

Assist with the installation, maintenance, and repair of our state-of-the-art equipment and facilities.

Perform preventive maintenance tasks like cleaning, lubrication, and inspections under expert guidance.

Learn to use industry tools and equipment for minor repairs and documentation.

Be a safety champion by following all safety protocols and ensuring a tidy workspace.

Education & Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent (required).

Basic mechanical skills preferred (no prior maintenance experience necessary).

Trade school coursework or certification is a plus, but not mandatory.
