Sodexo is seeking an experienced Food Operations Manager 2 (Food & Beverage Manager)

As the Food and Beverage Manager, you will oversee all aspects of bar operations and high-touch catering services. This role requires a strategic leader with a passion for hospitality and a commitment to excellence.

Develop and execute innovative bar concepts and beverage programs to enhance the guest experience.

Lead a team of talented bartenders and catering staff, providing training and guidance to ensure exceptional service delivery.

Collaborate with event planners and clients to customize catering menus and beverage offerings based on specific preferences and requirements.

Maintain inventory control and cost management to optimize profitability while delivering quality service.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company standards and policies.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Basic Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience

Basic Management Experience - 2 years

Basic Functional Experience - 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
