Overview:

The Payroll Administrator position is responsible for consolidating and validating timekeeping information, integrating various deductions and incident earnings into the periodic payroll, calculating statutory deductions, providing information related to employee pay, issuing checks, and processing payments through electronic banking applications.

Responsibilities:

Provide employee support and payroll information by answering questions and handling requests.

Update the employee database and ensure that employees' personal information is accurately recorded in the payroll system.

Update payroll records bi-weekly, incorporating incidents, savings deductions and credits, bonuses, and commissions.

Prepare salary reports, including single (ISSS and AFP), IPSFA, Attorney General's Office, and Social Fund.

Prepare monthly income tax calculations and semi-annual tax recalculations.

Prepare salary certificates, employment letters, and income letters.

Prepare settlement calculations, provide support and advice to the HR department.

Prepare check requisitions for reimbursements, settlements, and salary payments.

Prepare reports required by government institutions.

Perform and update reports for credit payments to financial institutions.

Process garnishment requests.

Process employee reimbursements.

Generate periodic reports related to salaries, income, deductions, and employer contributions applied to the payroll.

Process direct deposit payments.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Accounting, or related fields.

At least 2 years of verifiable experience in payroll positions.

Proficiency with Evolution system or Visual Hur (preferred).

Ability to prepare detailed financial reports.

Advanced proficiency in English (85%).

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
