Description:

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring skilled Industrial Apprentice Painters for projects located in and around the Milwaukee, WI area. This is a full time opportunity with a pay rate of $18-23/hour based on experience & skill level. Job Scope:

Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, & applying primer as necessary

Operate spray funs to apply two-part polyurethane paint to products to ensure even coverage & high-quality finishes

Adjust spray gun settings & pressure levels according to product specifications

Perform touch-ups & repairs as needed to ensure product quality

Monitor paint levels & equipment functionality

Report any issues to supervisors

Maintain a clean & organized work area including proper storage of paint & equipment

Other tasks as assigned

Requirements:

2+ Years of Experience with two-part polyurethane spray gun painting up to 65 PSI

Experience with Automotive Painting 25 psi to 45 psi is a Plus

Ability to measure, compare, & perform shop calculations to meet customer specification

Manufacturing Experience Preferred

HS Diploma or Equivalent

Background Check 

Drug Screen

Paint Testing 

Ability to work OT as needed 

Strong troubleshooting & Problem Solving Skills 

Detail Oriented
