Overview:
The VNA Health Group is seeking a Assistant Clincal Mananger to join our Hospice Team. The Assistant Clinical Manager's role is vital in overseeing the delivery of a Hospice Services, ensuring they align with patient needs and program requirements

Responsibilities:
Mission Alignment: Demonstrates commitment to the organization's mission by striving for excellence in all job aspects and fostering positive interpersonal relationships with colleagues.
Resource Support: Acts as a resource for field staff, offering guidance and assistance as needed to ensure optimal patient care
Staff Supervision: Supervises clinical and support staff, conducting performance evaluations, monitoring productivity, and facilitating ongoing professional development.
Workforce Coordination: Manages daily workforce needs, including case assignments, staffing levels, and approval of overtime or time off requests.
Performance Management: Takes appropriate corrective action to address any issues impacting team clinical or financial outcomes.
Staff Development: Collaborates with Quality and Staff Development staff to assess training needs, develop education programs, and ensure .
Qualifications:
RN with BSN; oncology/hospice and palliative care certification preferred
2-3 years experience with community health oncology/hospice nursing preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong computer skills
Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
