Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Operations Analyst with experience in third-party logistics (3PL) to manage and optimize operational performance for Lennox accounts. This role requires a strong focus on service delivery, continuous improvement, and customer satisfaction across both internal Lennox operations and external 3PL providers. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent analytical and communication skills, able to execute complex operational plans and build lasting relationships with clients and vendors.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Oversee operational management of account(s), ensuring optimal service delivery and customer satisfaction
Manage and monitor operations at 3PL location(s) and within Lennox, driving continuous improvement
Lead the execution of account requirements, following SOPs and account management guidelines
Maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers
Interface with 3PL staff to build and sustain relationships
Develop and maintain expertise in Lennox’s policies, procedures, and supply chain requirements
Drive operational excellence and ensure SOP compliance and quality standards
Create and manage internal performance scorecards
Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
Ensure key metrics and KPIs are maintained and drive continuous improvements
Proactively address service failures through performance monitoring and operational guidance
Monitor service levels to meet contractual obligations
Ensure compliance with operational, regulatory, and administrative policies
Execute strategic initiatives for continuous process improvement and long-term value creation
Troubleshoot and resolve EDI issues
Share best practices through peer discussions and ensure their implementation across operations
Transportation planning and support
