We are seeking a skilled CAD-Revit Operator to join our team and support our Contract Sales department by creating and refining CAD drawings. Your role will be crucial in developing detailed project specifications, revising designs, and documenting second-generation kitchen spaces. If you’re adept with Revit, enjoy problem-solving, and excel at multitasking, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

Draft and Design: Prepare detailed Revit drawing concepts in response to project requests from Team Leaders and Project Managers.

Revise & Update: Modify and update existing layouts based on new designs to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Mechanical Drafting: Create mechanical drawings, including electrical and plumbing rough-ins, using cutbooks developed by our estimators.

Collaboration: Work closely with engineers, external design consultants, and project managers to refine drawings and develop comprehensive project specifications.

Vendor Coordination: Distribute drawings for quoting to outside vendors, ensuring all specifications are clear and precise.

Relationship Management: Maintain positive and professional relationships with both internal teams and external clients to foster a collaborative work environment.

Ideal Candidate Will Possess the Following Skills and Abilities:

Education: High school diploma with technical training in CAD drafting and design.

Experience: 2-4 years of experience in the food service industry preferred.

CAD Skills: 1-2 years of experience with AutoCAD drafting and design, and 2-4 years of experience with Autodesk Revit.

Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PDF editing software (Bluebeam preferred). Knowledge of mechanical drafting and drawing formatting standards.

Project Management: Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform field surveys to document manufacturer model/serial numbers of existing facilities.

Additional Skills: 1-2 years of experience with Auto Quote preferred.

Must be physically able to perform field survey of equipment to document manufacturer model/serial numbers existing facilities.
