Our team is looking for someone who is a creative problem solver and a critical thinker. Beyond that, here's how you'll make your mark:
Developing measurement plans
Create new and adapt existing go-to-market analytics products
Provide guidance around client insights and recommendations to grow strategic thinking
Provide training on analysis tools
Conduct career growth conversations
How you'll grow with us:
Associate Director is where you'll start, but we're always planning for where you'll go. Our Associate Analytics Directors are all expected to hone skills that will help build on their careers. Those skills include:
Business development by scoping and selling new projects
Manage direct reports day-to-day priorities
Identifying new opportunities for analytics projects
Translating proposals into analytics work plan
Participating in brand planning
