Job Description
We are seeking a Product Operational Risk Management Specialist to join our team and lead operational risk initiatives on behalf of our reputable financial services industry client. This role is responsible for developing and executing a robust risk management program to support digital payment products.
The Details:
Location: Hybrid in NYC
Duration: 3 months

What You’ll Do:
Lead the implementation of operational risk management processes, including:
Complaint investigation
Refreshing Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and managing alerts
Supporting audit requests (both internal and external)
Managing issue resolution and event closure
Driving documentation and sharing best practices across product portfolios
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Managers, Product Enablement, Production Support, and Control Management governance teams.
Proactively identify opportunities to improve control measures and mitigate operational risks.
Ensure alignment between the risk management program and the client’s digital payment product scaling strategy.
