A/R analysts are customer service specialists who work with community directors and portfolio managers in a specified portfolio of communities to ensure accurate recording of day-to-day activity, evaluating and processing forfeitures, and compiling month-end reports for the accounting department.
Pay: $19 - $22 / Hour
Accounts ReceivableEvaluating and completing move out dispositions to ensure they are true and correct
Correcting misapplied payments from one ledger to another
Bank corrections received from GL Accountant
Posting housing deposits and manual check deposits as needed
Preparing month end financial reports -
Auditing Bank Deposits
Mailing out refund checks
Assisting other A/R Analysts as needed
Comply with all FPI policies and procedures
Comply with Fair Housing Laws
Troubleshooting
Training/assisting site staff
Liaison between site staff and GL accountants
Speaking with sites professionally via phone and email
Yardi & RealPage - our primary software system
OtherConsistently and fairly enforce community rules and regulations, FPI Standard Operating Procedures
Comply with all Fair Housing Laws and FPI policies and procedures
Promote a professional image by adhering to FPI Management's Dress Code Policy.
Conduct displayed must be of a professional manner when communicating with employees, residents, prospective residents, clients, vendors, and guests while representing FPI Management.
Perform any and all functions as directed by the supervisor, including special project assistance
Responsible for meeting all training requirements for the position (Grace Hill, Safety Meetings, etc.).
